The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for ensuring tasks and timelines associated to recruitment and other general administrative areas for the HR team are completed in an efficient and effective manner. The successful candidate will be organized, a team-player, thrive in the details, and enjoys improving processes. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys supporting many facets of a collaborative and complex organization.This position reports to the Director, Human Resources and will be located in the Vancouver, BC, Canada location.RESPONSIBILITIES:

        • Working closely with the Human Resources team, ensure recruitment tasks and timelines are completed in an efficient and effective manner to ensure a positive candidate experience. Draft offer letters for Canadian and US based candidates.
        • Support data entry and maintenance activities for Dayforce’s Recruiting, Onboarding, Core, and Performance modules as determined by the HR Operations Team.
        • Ensure all recruitment and employee files, and organization chart folders are fully maintained in accordance with department’s standards to meet regulatory compliance for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and GXP. May participate in internal or external audits.
        • Support employee life-cycle activities such as tracking corporate orientation, annual objectives and performance management activities, promotion and salary increases, and departures as requested. Distribute swag inventory to new hires, monitor inventory levels, and request additional inventory.
        • Manage and maintain activities related to the department’s expense process for purchase orders, invoices, and credit card charges on a monthly basis. Obtain approval in accordance with the company’s approval matrix. Submit approved monthly credit card reconciliation forms and invoices to Accounts Payable on a timely basis.
        • Ensure the human resources documents on the Intranet are up to date.
        • Conduct all behavior in a professional and respectful manner while maintaining confidentiality.
        • Act in accordance with Company policies, including, for example, the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and ensure policies are understood and followed.
        • Other duties as required from time to time.


        • Diploma or bachelor’s degree; courses in Human Resource Management is desired but not required.
        • Previous experience in an operational and administrative capacity working with data, systems and processes is required. Previous experience in a Human Resources environment is preferred.
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
        • Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively prioritize and manage processes and projects
        • Ability to multi-task many different activities.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication.
        • Effective interpersonal skills.
