    • Assemble new control boxes, cable, harnesses, and other electrical components as required.
    • Follow current Drawings when assembling product.
    • Test and repair electrical and electromechanical products where required.
    • Identify and correct bottlenecks.
    • Improve efficiency and quality assembly processes.
    • Cross train into other assembly and production areas.
    • Capable of reading detailed assembly drawings.
    • Test, identify and package all assembled Products where required.
    • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines – report any safety concerns with equipment or procedure.
    • Follow Kanban systems and build to Priority order sheets as required.
    • Understand and follow the “Pull” type systems in current use.
    • Follow material planning system, ordering parts or notifying parts need to be ordered as required.
    • Wear required PPE including a respirator as needed.


    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Soldering skills desired and good hand-eye co-ordination required.
    • Production background desired; work can be repetitive and requires efficiency.
    • Assertive self-starter with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
    • English written and communication skills.
    • High energy level with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • 1 years of experience in relevant field; such as electronics, manufacturing, or assembly.
    • Must be comfortable in fast-paced work environment and possess good interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail and high standards of quality desired.

    Physical Requirements

    Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds. Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors and work boots.
