        GoCo is is seeking an experienced “Client Service Manager” for its Montreal office.

         

        You will contribute to the team by performing the following:

         

        • Working with existing customers and building strong relationships
        • New order processing
        • Managing the smooth installation of services
        • Quoting new services
        • Problem solving
        • Billing disputes
        • Escalations

         

        What do you bring to the team?

         

        • College education or higher
        • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service environment
        • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
        • Established relationships within principle customers base is an asset.
        • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
        • The ability to deal with technical challenges independently
        • Bilingual (English/French)
