          ABOUT THE ROLE
          We are searching for an energetic, organized, and interpersonal individual to join our Administration team as a Land Administrator supporting the land team. This individual will provide support to the land team and will be tasked with land lease administration, land database management, coordinating contract executions, coordinating payments and communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The Land Administrator position will be an integral player of the Land team and will interact with Growth, Operations, Insurance, Finance, Legal and Shared Services.The Land Adminstrator role is a temporary 1-year position.ACCOUNTABILITIES

          • Database Management including but not limited to: Commitments Log and Special conditions records, landowner and stakeholder contact information; ownership changes, contact and addresses
          • Maintain Alberta One Call records and database for registered facilities and provide updates as necessary
          • Register all land agreements, Caveat registrations and Foreign Ownership of Lands Declarations and withdrawals/retractions as needed
          • Coordinate and assist with all aspects of lease execution / cancellation and other notices as directed
          • Support all administrative tasks associated with lease management and the integration of leases into the portfolio
          • Land Title registration and title pulls
          • Responsible for the coordination of all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable related to land payments
          • Vendor/Customer set up for new agreements and updates as required
          • Maintaining Lease cost forecasts, reports and budgets
          • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders including responding to all landowner payment inquiries
          • Assist with communications preparation, mailing and in person communications as required
          • Other administrative duties as required
