Simply put, our culture focuses on being real and having a good time while we’re at it.Position SummaryReporting to the Director of Talent Integration and guided by the Brio Insurance Managing Partner, the training role will support the organization by developing i-Spring and facilitating training modules (zoom and in-person) for Auto and Personal Lines front line staff. The role will be an active participant on the Policy and Procedure committee, ensuring training material mirrors current procedures and best practices. As required, the role will provide in-branch front line support, participate in Brio Insurance recruits, and complete bonus program spreadsheet administration.The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:Responsibilities
        • Utilizing e-learning and classroom modules, the Brio Insurance Trainer will develop:

        o. EPIC business software training programs for new and existing staff
        p. Auto Insurance and Personal Lines training program, complimenting the existing programs offered by MPI, IBAM, and external 3rd party brokers

        • Develop an e-learning module that compliments the business operating software program (EPIC) and Applied University
        • Develop an in-class and e-learning module that supports the “Brio Insurance trainee recruiting strategy”
        • Develop a regular schedule for in-branch and / or zoom training sessions
        • Participate in the Brio Insurance Policy and Procedure meetings ensuring training material aligns with policy and procedures
        • Periodically provide front line support to assist branches during periods of crisis
        • As required will provide administrative support in; recruitment for Brio Insurance, monthly bonus and branch scorecard administration

        Here’s what we’re looking for:

        • Grade 12 or equivalent
        • Minimum level 2 or 3 insurance licence


        • Strong understanding of the current business operating software (EPIC)
        • Strong understanding of Auto and Personal Lines processes and procedures
        • Experience in or knowledge of designing and facilitating training programs (would be an asset)
