- Oversee security for remote camp
- Liaise with client regarding security issues within the site
- Direct and coordinate employee activities
- Support security investigations
- Follow Sodexo safety processes, lead a strong safety culture
- Follow the various Sodexo programs: Health & Safety, etc.
- Lead invesitgations, ensure staffing needs are met for security team
- Staff management and staff training
Leading yor uteam through the duties of protecting property from damage, fire, theft, trespassing and illegal entry. Make periodic rounds of buildings and grounds, examine doors, windows and gates to ensure they are properly secured. Enforce regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
In the event of a customer violation or eviction, you will be required to interview them and witness to detect violations and investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, accidents or incidents. You will be asked to report irregularities to management, assist victims of accidents and handle emergencies.
- 5 years’ experience in a well-established security environment holding a management position
- Diploma or Bachelors degree
- Ability to work to high standards, policies, and procedures
- Must possess strong team building skills: friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with Human Resources
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract and clear Criminal Background Check
