- typing, filing, photocopying, word processing and data entry;
- record keeping, minute taking, and report compilation for the BC Care Aide Registry, British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals, and additional Health-related bodies;
- Ordering, receiving, and stocking equipment and supplies for the nursing lab;
- Updating and maintaining program procedure manuals and handbooks;
- Provide technical support to instructors by ensuring simulation and other technical equipment is operational and by assisting with lab set up.
In order to be considered for this position, you will have completed Grade 12 and a post-secondary Office Administration program or have an equivalent combination of education and office experience. Preference will be given to those who have previous work experience in the health care field. Experience with and knowledge of Campus policies, procedures and conditions would be an asset. Successful completion of clerical testing will be required.
