The Customer Service Solutions and Analytics team is responsible for improving the customer experience through the management of channel technologies, enhancement projects and customer insights using data analytics.

The main responsibilities of the Functional Analyst II are to:

  • Work with leadership to manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects. This includes coordinating activities of team members to achieve project goals, tracking progress of project against schedule and budget, managing project risk and change requests, conducting meetings with appropriate stakeholders, prepare and maintain detailed project execution plans (includes schedules), and provide project status reports.
  • Establish and maintain liaison relationships with business partners and the Digital Technology Team.
  • Develop, write, and communicate business solutions leveraging enterprise architecture standards – which may include, but is not limited to, requirement gathering, technical documentation, process mapping and business case development.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the following:
    • Leading or coordinating initiative/projects.
    • Knowledge of standard project management methods and tools.
    • Experience with documenting processes and business requirements, business cases and identifying system deficiencies/opportunities.
    • Class V Drivers’ License.

An equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.

An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
