Extending the work done by the Product Management and the development teams, the Product Manager Rollout coordinates all aspects of communicating and deploying the product to our clients as well as our internal teams. This role is 50% project management and 50% communication. Success means every internal team is working together in perfect harmony and the product is deployed and received by clients in a carefully planned and well communicated manner.Main Responsibilities
    • Manage all aspects of the product rollout including feature and module releases as well as new market expansion projects.
    • Work in collaboration with internal departments to project plan readiness activities as well as pilot rollouts.
    • Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
    • Oversee a weekly New Product Introduction meeting to coordinate all aspects of product rollouts.
    • Track and monitor all development projects in order to understand the timing and planning of rollouts.
    • Identify and mitigate risks by clearly communicating and collaborating with other departments. Escalate risks and delays to the VP of Product Strategy.
    • Ensure that product documentation including value proposition and product positioning statements are ready for all departments. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to capture new benefits that should be highlighted in the sales demos and marketing materials.
    • Adhere to the existing development process and maintain product backlogs with accurate and timely information.
    • Assist the Product Management team to further develop their internal processes and tools.
    • Establish clear and accurate project plans for each product rollout.
    • Get cross-department feedback and approval of all product rollout projects.
    • Establish a strong cross-department relationship by being transparent and collaborative. Sharing ownership of issues and understanding that it is a team approach.
    • Any other task as required.


    Contribute to our team with your strengths:

    • Post secondary education in Product Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, project Management or equivalent experience.
    • 2-5+ years of similar product experience either Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst.
    • 2-5 years’ experience working in product release with a deep understanding of «go to market», customer satisfaction analysis and process mapping.
    • Experience using product management and project management tools.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with clients, internal and executive teams.
    • Solid writing skills with the ability to communicate across all internal teams and external audiences.
    • Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Organizational skills especially project planning across departments.
    • In-depth knowledge and experience rolling out Cloud SaaS products and ability to assess client adoption and feedback.
    • Experience using Product Management frameworks like Pragmatic Marketing and Project Management certification (asset).
    • Prior experience in healthcare and Electronic Medical Records (asset).
    • French language skills (asset).
