    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator (for Janitorial & handyman services) to join our team in South Vancouver, British Columbia.Overview & Responsibilities
      • Answer field agent/technician calls.
      • Field incoming service requests and create new Work Orders (including Quoted work)
      • Ensure proper information is collected at time of service request and relayed appropriately
      • Manage (2) CRM systems by updating with relevant information
      • Schedule janitorial labour force in accordance w/ customer requirements or as per contractual agreements, ensuring maximum efficiency
      • Maintain awareness of availability of equipment & how utilized
      • Auditing & entering paperwork, ensuring accurate & timely processing including:
      • Technician notes – ensure they are entered daily & forwarded to estimating as necessary
      • Work with site leaders to ensure field agents are completing work as required
      • Preventative Maintenance Reports – ensure they are received & clients are updated
      • Open Requests – ensure WO’s are being followed up on/closed off so billing can process.
      • Any additional paperwork (safety, change orders, special technician notes etc)
      • Coordination of Subcontractors
      • Build and maintain rapport and positive working relationships with field and office personnel to resolve issues and maximize efficiency
      • Build rapport and positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and other outside contacts
      • Answers client & customer questions
      • Immediately advise manager of customer complaints, communicating resolutions w/ customer


      • Understanding of janitorial & handyman (especially building repairs) in order to make appropriate decisions in scheduling of work – Asset
      • Sufficient knowledge of Lower Mainland geographical layout to make logical decisions
      • Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs – Required
      • Previous experience in software like Jobber, Service Fusion, Zoho or Maximizer an Asset
      • Highly organized, with great focus and attention to detail
      • Resourceful, problem-solver that is energetic & able to manage multiple priorities
      • Strong customer orientation with the ability to be empathetic and tactful while being confident and assertive to resolve difficult situations
      • Initiative and analytical strengths to search for new and improved techniques, methods and processes to upgrade or facilitate work
      • Team player that functions well in a busy environment
      • Strong communication skills
