Manning Elliott is seeking an experienced and accomplished Administrative Assistant for a full-time role at our Vancouver location. This role will provide administrative support to the Partners and production team.
Director, Human Resources & Operations, and Partners
3-5 years Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a professional services setting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Possess exceptional organizational skills.
Able to complete assignments with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple assignments.
Provides high-quality word processing and appropriate distribution of all correspondence, engagement draft and end-product materials
Provides general team administrative support as specified or needed (including intra-team and intra-office)
Proofread and prepare proposal packages
Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Actively supports and participates in firm-wide initiatives
Participates in the firm’s Team Development and Performance Management program.
Promotes the firm’s Quality Control Standards.
