About your next Challenge as an Administrator:
As a Support Administrator and non-unionized employee, you will be an integral part of the admin team, working with the Operations Manager, Supervisors and employees (union and non-union) to provide administrative support and office services to the 65 employees in Trenton. You will be responsible for booking of critical and operational travel, reconciliation of per diem claims and reimbursements for employee travel, order and receipt of office supplies and environmental health and safety requirements, invoice payment for goods and services and you will provide a link between operations and the Human Resource and Finance staff at MAS headquarters in Mirabel.
What You Will Do:
- Under minimal supervision, you will book and track employee travel (including flights, rental cars and hotels);
- Keeping detailed records, maintain open communication to ensure timely reconciliation of expense claim payments for international and domestic travel;
- Responsible for payment and record keeping for all invoices and payment of goods and services;
- Responsible for provisioning of office supplies;
- Provide administrative support to the managers of the Operations team, which may include creating various presentations in PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets, compiling reports, and conducting financial analysis, prepare the arrival of new employees and update information dashboards as necessary.
