  • Position Purpose / Context:
    Enhance the advantage of Icy Blue brands and portfolio, and realize sustainable and profitable revenue growth in Liquor Marts and Liquor License vendors (Clubs, Bars, Restaurants, and etc.) key Accounts system-wide.Improve Liquor Marts and Liquor License vendors (Clubs, Bars, Restaurants, and etc.) key Account customer management capability to achieve market execution excellence.
    Key Duties / Responsibilities

    • Build solid business relationship with store managers and related personnel at the store in MB
    • Create customer business plan that promotes joint accountability with the customer to drive revenue growth and profit improvement
    • Review the plan with the customer on bi-weekly basis and determine corrective actions
    • Ensure Retail Selling Price Compliance
    • Provide strong communication link to all field personnel to ensure execution excellence
    • Manage and be accountable for all marketing fund spent in achieving the goal of the business plan
