      • Vue d’ensemble:Nous sommes présentement en processus de recrutement pour un poste de représentant(e) Service à la clientèle. Nous recherchons donc un(e) individu(e) possédant les meilleures qualifications pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique, dans un environnement de travail agréable, ou règne un bel esprit de collaboration et de travail d’équipe, pour accomplir les tâches suivantes :

        • Responsable du traitement et de la gestion des commandes-clients, téléphone, Courriels, EDI, web, consignation etc.
        • Support et suivi des différentes demandes des clients et des ventes
        • Entrée de données
        • Entretien et gestion des commandes à livraisons différées
        • Support WEB (Portail libre-service pour clients et les ventes)
        • Participation et support avec certains projets spécifiques locaux ou globaux
        • Gestion du programme EQAS, commandes et réserves des produits reliés
        • Gestion des plaintes opérationnelles, retours, commandes de remplacement dans Salesforce
        • Ajustements de facturation, analyse de rapports spécifiques à ce rôle.
        • Autres tâches administratives

        La personne idéale devra posséder un minimum de trois années d’expérience en service à la clientèle. Toute expérience dans l’industrie des soins de la santé, sera fortement considérée. Un excellent sens de l’organisation, planification, communication, jugement et coordination est essentiel pour ce poste. Vous êtes accommodant(e), et résilient(e). Vous travaillez bien en mode autonome ou en équipe. Vous êtes confortable dans un environnement de travail multi-tâches incluant certaines échéances courtes, tout en conservant précision et productivité.

        Prérequis:

        • CEGEP ou études secondaires complétées
        • 3 années ou plus d’expérience en Service à la Clientèle
        • Connaissance d’un système « ERP » connaissance de SAP un atout
        • Connaissances de la suite Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint souhaitées
        • Bilinguisme oral et écrit en français et en anglais, sont essentiels
        • Orienté clients et haut souci du détail

        We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position. We are looking for candidates with the best qualifications to join a dynamic team in a very pleasant work environment, where collaboration and teamwork are an integral part of the daily spirit in the department, to accomplish the following tasks:

        • Responsible for processing and managing customer sales orders
        • Support and follow up on miscellaneous customers and sales team requests
        • Data entry
        • Maintain and manage customer standing orders
        • Web support (Self-service portal for customer and sales team)
        • Participate and support of some local and global projects
        • EQAS program management (customer orders and product reserves)
        • Operational complaints handling, returns, replacement orders in Salesforce
        • Invoicing adjustments, some reports generation and analysis
        • Other miscellaneous administrative tasks

        The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years’ experience in Customer Service. Any experience in the health care industry will be strongly considered. Detail-oriented, well organized, and proven communication skills, you have the capacity to function well individually as well as in a team member, these are essential for this role. You are accommodating and resilient. You can also handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while maintaining precision and productivity.

         

        Required skills and experience:

        • CEGEP or high school degree
        • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service
        • Familiar with “ERP” systems, knowledge of SAP is an additional asset
        • Microsoft suite, Outlook and SharePoint are desired.
        • Fluently bilingual in French and English with well-developed written and oral communication skills in both languages
        • Customer oriented and details oriented
