To meet our customers’ needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, plus one Saturday per month, 9am-4pm. *Note: work hours depend on the needs of the department.

Accountabilities:
Review insurance policy and coverages

Investigate non-complex auto claims and determine coverage and liability

Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices

Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers, and other insurance companies

Qualifications:
Minimum high school education or equivalent

1 – 2 years customer service experience required

Call centre experience is strongly preferred

Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies

Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy

Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation

Fluency in other languages, is a strong asset
