        Job Description

        Allen & Company is looking to add another experienced conveyancer to our team.

        Duties include:

        • Opening and closing files;
        • Responding to client inquiries;
        • Conducting purchases, sales, and refinances from start to finish;
        • Maintaining BF system.

        Qualifications and Skills:

        • Software: myLTSA, BC Online, ESILaw, Outlook, Word Perfect, Word, QuatroPro, Excel;
        • Must be a self-starter and be motivated;
        • Ability to work independently;
        • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple transactions;
        • Attention to detail;
        • Able to work as part of a team and independently;
        • Excellent communication skills.

        Only candidates with previous conveyancing experience will be considered.

        Diploma in Legal Services or relevant education preferred but not necessary.
