    • Aeon Stone and Tile has an opening for an office admin. Full time job with working hours be 9 to 5:30, Monday to Friday.Applicants must possess the following:· Be able to work well independently and in a group· Someone who pays attention to detail· Good organizational skills· Must be able to multitaskJob responsibilities include but not limited to:· Provide thorough, efficient customer service & sales support (answer phone & email inquiries, generate quotes & invoices, provide order updates, resolve complaints by providing solutions, etc.)· Maintain accurate records (process & enter data for quotes, orders, inventory, shipping & receiving, etc.)· Act as a liaison between customers & internal departments· Maintain awareness of current and upcoming orders, and proactively monitor all orders from quotation through to delivery and invoicing· Assist with general office maintenance (file, organize, order supplies, schedule shipments, etc.)· Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

      · Assist with inventory management & reporting

      · Assist with special projects as needed

      · Organize time according to priorities and schedules
